- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent experience getting my enhanced firearm permit sticker. Actually surprised as generally these type offices are not very customer focused. Opposite experience here, when the doors opened, staff was waiting to assist customers with check in computer to keep the line moving and expedite the process. In addition, there was a slight computer glitch and staff kept us informed of that status. I actually thoroughly enjoyed the experience, especially since I went in expecting something totally different. Exceeded my expectations!By Ericka Pulphus, July 25, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went there today to get my license renewed and my seat didn't even get warm.and she called my number to help me, she took my license and my picture and told it would be ready in about 2 minutes and again my seat didn't even get warm again. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great customer service, I had no issues and they even called their supervisor to see if they could use another document to validate the others needed. Was in and out in about 20 minutes.
